América Móvil’s monitors the network twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, and maintains the communications link between the Carrier and the América Móvil’s network. Should a problem occur, our NOC will diagnose it and its resolution will begin immediately. This allows Carriers to focus their resources on their business, not on their telecommunications needs.

The access is achieved through a physical link between the Carriers' premises and the in-country América Móvil’s point of presence transported through modern metropolitan fiber networks.
